What soaps are available?

When I make a small batch of soap, I write up a post for this website, and add it to the list on the left. Each new post is also added to Recent Posts in the footer of each page.  At this point, the soap is newly milled with goat milk. I allow it to cure for 8 weeks before taking it to market.

If you follow the link in the listing, it connects to my post. The post includes a link to its listing on my Etsy.com website. This is where you can purchase soaps and unguents.

You can pre-order soaps before they are cured. I will mail them after the curing date. Sometimes this date is extended, if I feel the batch would benefit from more curing time.

Each bar is an ultra rich treatment for your skin or hair. Keep several on your soap dish to receive different oils during the day.

What is a Handmade Milled Soap Bar?

It is a solution to a problem with artisan, cold pressed soap. The problem is how to make real cold pressed soap that truly delivers nourishing oils, herbs and other natural elements. If you add these when you make the soap, then their value is reduced by the saponification process. These oils, herbs and naturals do not fully survive the process. Most soap makers “solve” the problem by adding essential oils, or even chemical fragrance oils to their soap batch. Why don’t we do this?

We want to use dried herbs and naturals. We want the nourishing oils we add to keep their value. So we make a beautiful goat milk castile soap with olive and coconut oils first. Then we add the nourishing oils and dried herbs and naturals during a second stage.

We very slowly warm the milled soap noodles with goat milk. It never gets very hot. But we can stir in oils, herbs, naturals and an oil preservative. The milled soap bars deliver the highest quality oils, herbs and naturals to your skin. Every time you use these soaps is like a beauty treatment.
